My father had stood for a few weeks after a quintuple bypass surgery. She was bad enough that they have removed to the hospital of fluid from the left lung. He was almost a week in hospital, partly because I needed to follow, as he has recently undergone a major operation. His recovery was slow, but steady. I do not know how long it lasted, but he could accompany me down the aisle at my wedding 8 months later. Please note, my father is recovering from surgery. Unfortunately, since the first incident, one can easily develop fluid in the lungs back from flu or pneumonia, or just a chest cold. Make sure you speak with your doctor, you may need a vaccination against the normal flu and pneumonia.
In fact, I have recurrent pleurisy, before she was pregnant with my daughter. I had three bouts of antibiotics before I left to go.
It took about a whole two months to finally rid of him, but will not take long for me to get my strength, in fact, after the first round of antibiotics, I felt pretty good, only j 'still pain in my lungs when you inhale and exhale.
I was also prescribed prednisone, a steroid, because I thought my pleurisy was partly due to asthma ... Ultimately, however, is not necessarily an inhaler, steroids or antibiotics. I'm so glad that was just your medications and us rest. I know you have a baby, but we need time to rest, but you can, because the pleurisy "May" creates a major problem if you believe, but active with your treatment, you need rest. Good luck and I hope it goes away faster than you did for me.

In addition, pleuritis is partly due to swelling of tissue around the lung to make it too easy to say.Try something that is taking anti-inflammatory like Aleve.
