How do you get a tripod perfectly still? - tripod leg clamp

I slide photo / film, and I need my tripod to keep your mouth shut, so that every time an object and take another picture of the camera is not moving. I pressed everything but still does not work.

I need not even move. How can you do?

Without knowing what brand, model and the maximum weight of the camera and the target that would support stand to be very difficult to give a better answer than that based on speculation over the decades, tripod use.

1) Insert the tripod if you have less chance to hit when moving behind the camera for the bank, is to change the position of objects.
Can 2) They are ten or twenty book had sand from a position on the tripod directly under the tripod head.
3) ensure that the tripod legs have rubber "boots" from the soil, reducing the effort to stand on the floor of his workshop the air resistance to make changes to the camera or make functions target.
4) with a remote trigger ReleasI use the mirror mode, timer mode, or exposure

I think the main thing is the quality of the tripod. I have two tripods, two, over $ 350 for the tripod and another $ 150 to $ 200 cost for a three-way head. and another $ 450 from the top of the "fluid" that I used when recording video. (Manfrotto and Gitzo)

Looks like you are pressing the shutter button with your finger. You need to send a message by wire or wireless remote control (when occupied by the device as the D90), for example. If you can move the button on the camera a bit, is it to be what is causing your image, not identical.

Remote trigger.

I do it cause the whole time with my D90 and the ML-3 IR remote control. The less you touch the camera, the better.

I also use a Benbo B-1 (a sturdy tripod).

Get a weight of 5 pounds and paste it into the middle of the tripod and let it hang. This will help to stabilize. Use a cable release as well. Who will help.
